Vegetable Net Sunflowers

Recycled Material: 1. Vegetable netting, 2. Lid of a jar - Natural Material: Stick - Other Material: 1. Paint (green), 2. Colored paper (yellow and brown) - Tools: 1. Scissors, 2. Glue, 3. Brush, 4. Adhesive tape, 5. Pencil, 6. Marker

1. Paint the stick green.

2. Fold the yellow colored paper once.

3. Paint a circle with the pencil onto the folded coloed paper. Use the lid to draw the outline.

4. Use the marker to draw petals around the circle.

5. Cut out the flower. Since the paper is folded, you obtain two equal flowers.

6. Draw a line with the marker along the edge of the petals of the second flower.

7. Draw a circle onto the brown paper around the lid.

8. Cut out the brown circle.

9. Cut a circle out of vegetable netting. Use the brown paper circle or the lid to draw the circle. The brown circle, the vegetable net circle and the round middle part of both flowers should have the same size.

10. Glue the vegetable net circle onto the brown circle.

11. Attach the lid onto the painted side of a yellow flower.

12. Attach the second yellow flower onto the one that is attached to the lid.. The side with the painted edge of both flowers face to the same direction to the front. Attach both flowers a bit shifted to each other to obtain a slight 3D effect.

13. Now stick the attached circles, the brown one and the net circle, on top of the lid.

14. Fix the dried stick onto the backside of the flower with adhesive tape.
